Candidates must have direct experience in Underwriting, Processing, Closing, or Post-Closing and a strong working knowledge of US mortgage guidelines, documentation, and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities(Based on assigned role)UnderwritingAnalyze loan files for credit, income, assets, and collateralApply agency and investor guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA)Issue conditions and underwriting decisionsProcessingCollect and review borrower documentationOrder and track third-party services (appraisal, title, VOE, VOI)Clear conditions and prepare files for underwritingClosingPrepare and review Closing Disclosures (CD)Coordinate with title companies and internal teamsEnsure TRID and investor compliance prior to fundingPost-ClosingReview closed loan packages for accuracy and completenessClear post-closing conditionsPrepare files for investor deliveryRequired QualificationsMinimum 3 years of US Mortgage Operations experienceStrong understanding of US mortgage guidelines and documentationExperience with LOS systems (Calyx Path preferred)High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlinesStrong communication and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loansExposure to investor delivery or quality controlExperience working in high-volume environmentsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensationStable, long-term opportunityGrowth within US mortgage operationsProfessional onsite work environment in DehradunHow to ApplyPlease share your resume along with:Total US mortgage experienceArea of expertise (Underwriting / Processing / Closing / Post-Closing)LOS systems used
