In this role, raters will analyze questions and conduct independent research to identify accurate, verifiable facts (“expectations”) that should be included in a complete and high-quality long-form answer.This position requires strong research capabilities, analytical thinking, and the ability to validate information using reliable sources.Overview of the TaskIn this project, raters receive questions and are required to:Conduct thorough research to identify accurate, factual, and verifiable information.Define clear expectations that would be included in a complete and correct long-form response.Ensure that expectations are comprehensive, logically structured, and factually sound.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch questions using credible and authoritative sources.Identify and document key facts, concepts, and points expected in an ideal long-form answer.Write clear, structured expectations aligned with the intent of the question.Verify the accuracy and reliability of all facts included.Ensure logical completeness and relevance of expectations.Follow detailed project guidelines and quality standards.Collaborate with reviewers and project teams to maintain consistency and accuracy.Flag ambiguous, unclear, or misleading questions where applicable.Domains CoveredText classification and taggingIntent and sentiment analysisNamed entity recognition (NER)Language quality and fluency evaluationPrompt-response alignmentBias, safety, and hallucination detectionRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Linguistics, English, Humanities, Communication, Computer Science, or related fields.Strong command of Tamil/Telugu/Marathi/Kannada/Bengali language (written and comprehension).Experience in data annotation, content moderation, linguistic analysis, or AI evaluation.Ability to understand and apply complex annotation guidelines accurately.Comfort working with web-based annotation tools and platforms.
