The role involves working closely with US-based stakeholders and engineering teams.Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust Laravel-based applicationsBuild RESTful APIs and backend services for web & mobile platformsWrite clean, scalable, and well-documented codeOptimize application performance, security, and scalabilityCollaborate with frontend, product, and QA teams in US working hoursReview code, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practicesHandle debugging, production issues, and performance bottlenecksParticipate in architecture discussions and technical decision-makingPreferred candidate profile 8+ years of backend development experience6+ years of strong Laravel framework experienceProficiency in PHP, MySQL/PostgreSQLExperience with REST APIs, MVC architectureStrong understanding of queues, caching, cron jobsHands-on with Git, CI/CD pipelinesExperience with AWS / cloud environments is a plusAbility to work independently in a remote + US shift setupLocation - RemoteWork Days and Timings - Monday to Friday, 03:00 pm - 12:00 am
