Open Positions | Production – Cell Line Deputy Manager Manager Senior Manager Deputy General Manager Senior General Manager Experience Range: Deputy Manager: 7–8 years Manager: 9–10 years Senior Manager: 12–13 years Deputy General Manager: 14–15 years Senior General Manager: 18–19 years Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end operations of thecell manufacturing line , ensuring excellence in production, quality, cost, safety, and manpower utilization. Manage shift operations collaboratively to meet and exceedproduction KPIs . Drivecontinuous improvement using Lean toolsto enhance productivity and quality while optimizing costs. Plan and execute daily operations aligned with customer and business expectations. Own accountability forproduction output, yield, and product quality . Prepare daily consumption data and forecast material requirements as per production targets. Ensure adherence tosafe working practices and SOPs . Manageengineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds . Ensure compliance withinternal and external audit standards .
