HCLTech Walk-in Drive -Financial Crime - 27th and 28th Jan 2026Financial Crime Analyst/ Senior Analyst/QA AnalystExp – 2 to 5+ yearsWork location – Chennai- Navalur (100% WFO – No hybrid)Skillset- End-to-end Financial Crime backend operations and Quality Assurance management. - Strong data analytics skill using excel, Power BI etc. - Understanding of anti-money laundering related requirements including EU/UK and international regulations - Hands on experience in KYC, Transaction Monitoring, PEP review, ODD reviews. - In depth knowledge and understanding of regulatory regimes such as AMLD/OFAC/FATF - Ensure that fin crime operations efforts adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standardsJob Summary:- Build and Monitor quality assurance processes for Financial Crime processes covering areas like Transaction Monitoring, STR/SAR, ODD Review, KYC Validation, Payment Screening and Monitoring. - Identify and investigate potential financial crimes such as fraud and money laundering. - Analyze financial data to detect suspicious activities. - Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans. - Assess and validate that controls are in place. - Provide training and support to staff on financial crime prevention. - Participate in audits and reviews of financial crime controls. - Evaluate the effectiveness of existing financial crime controls. - Hold calibration forums with the 1st line QC TeamRequirements- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. - Professional certification such as CAMS or CAME or CAMI is preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial crime analysis or a related field. - Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in using analytical tools and software. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
