The infrastructure vertical is in an early growth phase with strong expansion plans.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Chief Business Officer (CBO) / Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead business growth and market positioning for our Road Infrastructure vertical. The role will drive business strategy, marketing, bidding leadership, client acquisition, and brand visibility, supporting aggressive expansion and sustainable profitability.Key Responsibilities:- Build and manage relationships with Government bodies, including Ministry level coordination - Experience in dealing with PSUs, private developers, and multilateral agencies (NHAI, MORTH, NHIDCL, PWD etc) - Drive order book growth across EPC, PPP, HAM, BOT, and new geographies - Lead market development and positioning of the company as a preferred EPC partner - Oversee bidding, tendering, and pre-contract activities, including Go/No-Go decisions, pricing inputs, and risk evaluation - Support contract negotiations and resolution of key commercial issuesTotal Experience : Overall experience minimum 20 years in Marketing / Business Development with at least 5 years experience as CBO / CMO in an Infrastructure Company
