About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to play a pivotal role in establishing the AI Wellness capability at Bioart. This role is crucial in driving the strategy, development, and implementation of our proprietary Agentic AI and Generative AI wellness initiatives.The successful candidate will lead the creation of a digital ecosystem centred around our proprietary AI-driven diagnostic applications, delivering reusable AI accelerators that empower our consumers to take control of their personal wellness journey through data-driven, personalised insights.Roles & Responsibilities- Strategic Vision: Develop the strategic direction for Enterprise AI Wellness platform services, ensuring alignment with Bioart’s broader goal of merging nutraceuticals with cutting-edge technology. - AI Wellness Ecosystem: Oversee the development of a Community of Practice for AI Wellness Platforms, ensuring that "Agentic" solutions (autonomous digital wellness assistants) are integrated across the user experience. - Proprietary AI Applications: Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of our internal AI analysis tools, translating complex biometric data into actionable wellness recommendations. - Scalable AI Infrastructure: Drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable GenAI and Agent platforms. Deliver reusable accelerators that increase the value of our diagnostic products across the enterprise. - Governance & Ethical AI: Develop and enforce governance frameworks to manage the usage and adoption of AI Wellness platforms, with a rigorous focus on the security and reliability of biometric data. - Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Engineering to understand consumer demand and develop AI-driven wellness solutions that meet those needs. - Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a specialised team of Engineers and Architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning in the rapidly evolving AI Wellness space.Functional SkillsMust-Have Skills:- 8+ Years of Experience: A robust career background in Software Engineering and Cloud Computing, demonstrating deep technical expertise in building scalable, secure enterprise systems. - 2+ Years AI Specialisation: At least 2 years of direct, hands-on experience focused on AI Application Development, including the deployment of production-level AI/ML models. - Agentic & Multi-Agent Systems: Experience designing and building agentic AI solutions, specifically focusing on multi-agent systems that can navigate complex wellness data. - AI/ML Frameworks: Extensive experience with MLOps and libraries such as Keras, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and VectorDBs. - Cloud & Infrastructure: Expertise in cloud services (AWS Lambda, SageMaker, Bedrock, etc.) or similar services in GCP/Azure to support large-scale AI deployment.Good-to-Have Skills:- Full-Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes). - Computer Vision: Familiarity with image processing and analysis as applied to wellness or diagnostic technology. - Startup Agility: Experience identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the development lifecycle within a fast-paced environment.Professional Certifications- Preferred: Cloud Platform certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) specialised in Solution Architecture or DevOps. - Preferred: Specialised certifications in Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Data Science.Soft Skills- Strategic Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex AI Wellness technicalities into clear, strategic language for executive leadership and stakeholders. - Adaptability: Must be flexible and able to thrive in a demanding, rapidly changing environment. - Talent Development: A genuine passion for people management and fostering the growth of top-tier AI talent.Why Bioart?You are joining at a defining moment.
