An excellent job opportunity for Performance Test Lead at Mumbai Location.Role: Test LeadExperience: 7+ yrs (6+ relevant in Load runnerJob location: Mumbai (Work from Office)Notice period: 0-15 DaysKey Responsibilities• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner (VuGen)• Identify performance bottlenecks and work closely with developers, architects, and DB teams to resolve issues• Perform Load, Stress, Endurance, Spike, and Volume testing with reporting.• Analyze test results using LoadRunner Analysis and prepare detailed performance reports• Monitor system resources (CPU, Memory, Disk, Network) during test execution• Participate in performance requirement gathering and workload modeling• Ensure performance testing best practices are followed across projectsRequired Skills & Qualifications• 6+ years of experience in Performance Testing• Strong hands-on experience with Micro Focus LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis)• Extensive knowledge of Load Runner Enterprise/ Performance centre• Experience scripting using C language• Good understanding of Web (HTTP/HTML), Web Services (SOAP/REST) protocols• Experience with correlation, parameterization, checkpoints, and error handling, complex data management• Hands-on experience with Performance Monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or similar – good to have)• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
