The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining automation systems across Forging, Injection Molding, and Laboratory Units, ensuring smooth and efficient plant operations.Key Responsibilities:- Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems for automation and plant machinery. - Create and maintain detailed PLC documentation, including logic diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting records. - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to PLC systems. - Troubleshoot and maintain pneumatic, hydraulic, and servo drive systems. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional maintenance and production teams. - Manage electrical maintenance activities within the plant. - Work hands-on with PLC systems from Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley (AB), Delta, and Siemens.Preferred Skills & Experience:- 3–7 years of experience in PLC programming and maintenance within a manufacturing/industrial setup. - Strong knowledge of industrial automation, SCADA, and HMI development. - Familiarity with electrical systems, sensors, and control panels. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Education:B.E / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation/Diploma or related fields.
