Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, residents, property owners, and vendors via phone, email, and resident portals - Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries related to leases, rent payments, maintenance, policies, and community guidelines - Create, track, and follow up on maintenance and repair work orders with internal teams and third-party vendors - Coordinate service requests to ensure timely resolution and high resident satisfaction - Assist with move-in and move-out processes, including documentation, inspections, and tenant communication - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in property management systems - Handle resident concerns, complaints, and escalations with empathy and effective problem-solving - Support rent collection efforts by answering billing questions and directing tenants to appropriate payment channels - Communicate property notices, reminders, and policy updates to residents in compliance with U.S. regulations - Assist Property Managers with administrative tasks, reporting, and operational support - Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and local/state regulationsRequired Qualifications- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred - 1–3 years of customer service experience; property management, real estate, or housing experience preferred - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionPreferred Qualifications- Experience with U.S.-based property management software - Knowledge of residential or commercial property management operations - Familiarity with Fair Housing Act, landlord-tenant laws, and basic lease administration - Strong conflict resolution and customer de-escalation skillsSalary - Best in MarketWorking Days - 5 days in weekWorking Time - US timingJob Location - Vadodara (Work from Office)Interested candidates can share their CV at chirayu.shah@
