At Bluestone, we’re developing smart, sustainable solutions to meet this demand and shape the future of the specialty metals value chain.That’s why we’re looking for remarkable people to join us—people who are bold in business, passionate about chemistry and materials, and resilient enough to thrive in an agile, fast-paced global environment.What will your mission be?Your mission is to lead sales, business development and key account growth across the Indian market and beyond, by:- Developing and managing commercial activity in metal powders and specialty inorganic chemicals with a focus on powder metallurgy and related applications. - Leading key account management and expanding channel sales for minor metals and inorganic chemical products. - Acting as the primary commercial interface for customers across India and selected export markets (e.g., Middle East, South Asia). - Handling a diverse portfolio of critical materials such as Cobalt, Nickel, Tungsten, Bismuth, Antimony, among others. - Growing sales across industrial applications including batteries, additive manufacturing, coatings, water treatment, and more. - Conducting market analysis and identifying emerging opportunities for growth. - Providing technical and commercial support to customers in coordination with supply chain and product teams. - Traveling frequently across India and occasionally abroad to develop relationships, close deals, and represent Bluestone at trade events. - Acting as a brand ambassador of SMR/Bluestone, upholding our commitment to ethical sourcing, customer partnership and service excellence.What do we need from you?- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Metallurgical, Mechanical or Materials Engineering - MBA in Marketing from a top institution is highly preferred - 5–8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development of metal powders or chemical products - Proven track record in managing key accounts, developing markets, and driving channel sales - Experience in export sales (Middle East/South Asia) is a plus - Solid knowledge of industrial applications and customer segments for specialty metals and chemicals - Ability to manage a multi-product portfolio across complex markets - Proficient in English and Hindi; other regional languages are a plus - High autonomy, strategic thinking, and results orientationWhat can you expect?- The opportunity to work in a truly global team, interacting with colleagues, customers and suppliers across continents - A dynamic role based in Mumbai, with nationwide and international exposure - A company that invests in its people, offering autonomy, growth opportunities and the ability to make an impact - A competitive salary package and room for professional development - The chance to take on increasing responsibilities, potentially evolving into senior roles within the organization
