Our work creates visible social impact by shaping minds, improving reasoning ability, and transforming attitudes across generations.Important Filter (Please Read Carefully)Candidates from IT/software backgrounds, or those expecting work-from-home options, five-day work weeks, flexible working hours, or entitlement-based benefits, are not eligible for this role.Service Commitment & Employment Terms- A minimum 2-year service commitment is compulsory. - Probation period: 6 months. - Notice period: 45 days after confirmation. - Leave policy: - During probation: 1 casual leave per month. - After confirmation: 18 days per year (inclusive of all types of leave). - Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. - Regular reporting and continuous upgradation of skills and domain knowledge are mandatory.Important Note on Work CultureVerbattle follows a traditional organisational structure with a dynamic and purpose-driven work environment.
