Dear CandidateTata Consultancy Services is Hiring for Acron PAMExperience : 6-10 yearsLocation : Pune/ BangaloreRequired Technical Skill Set :- Strong understanding of the deployment options of Arcon components, capacity management and Network components in an multi-vendor global enterprise environment - Strong understanding and Detailed Design, Implementation experience of all the Arcon modules - - Strong experience in documenting detailed Architectural and design documents - Strong understanding and experience (min 2 projects) in onboarding/integration of Arcon with Windows, databases, Unix, and Network devices - Should have good high-level understanding of generic processes in the enterprise environment - Experience with complex customizations (reporting, and integrations) within Arcon - Good understanding of end point on-boarding and off-boarding processes for different platforms such as databases, windows, unix servers. - Understanding of plugins Hands-on on plugin scripting - Good understanding of BAU support processes like SLA management, incident/problem management. - Arcon certification will be desiredMUST HAVE :- Experience in performing Arcon brokering solution implementation based on the design - Good to have experience of implementing Arcon solution - L3 certification in Arcon. - Good troubleshooting and Configuration experience in Arcon. - Should have 2-3 years of development experience on any programming language(JAVA, VB, , ASP, JSP) - Should have good experience of BAU support processes like incident/problem management, SLA management, change management, knowledge transition and documentation. - Should have good understanding of different platforms like UNIX, Windows server level commands - Should be able to customize ARCON product as per business requirements - Should be able to automate support process and create reusable componentsSHOULD HAVE:- Should have performed L3 support role in past - Should have good understanding of Operational processes - Should have performed client facing roles in past - Should have worked with any international client in pastResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role- Should be able to perform Arcon Engineer role - Should be able to troubleshoot ARCON product components, integration and configuration - Should be able to meet all agreed project timelines - Should be able to work with support teamsRerads,S.ShanbagaTata Consultancy ServicesHuman Resources TAG - CSP
