Purpose:The role holder will drive excellence at the Franchise partner set up by familiarizing educators with Lighthouse Learning philosophy; train them in new products & programs and facilitate implementation of EK curriculumKey Roles & Responsibilities:1. To facilitate franchise effectiveness by:● Providing pre-service and In-service training for all partners● Conducting Equipment training, Franchise Induction Program (FIP) and Teacher training● Building strong rapport with partners and supporting them on the implementation of key initiatives and compliance● Training EuroKids Centers for India and International Markets● Assisting in hiring franchise staff.2. To ensure academic excellence by:● Ensuring regular training at franchise and cluster level.●Measuring and improving satisfaction levels of internal as well as external customers through Parent Orientation Program (POP), Parental Workshops or any other Parent Interactive sessions.●Conducting teacher workshops, providing teacher observation reports and providing feedback for class observation.●Collaborating in the planning, designing, and implementation of teaching modules.●Undertaking quality checks for effective academic execution of curriculum.●Co-ordinating with special needs department to support the teachers in delivering successful sessions.Experience and Qualification:Graduate E.C.C.Ed. / Montessori trained/ NTT females with 3-4 years of pre-primary teaching experience.
