Job Summary To engage with customers via phone to drive sales, build relationships, and provide information, acting as a direct line for the company to enhance customer satisfaction and meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities Ensure smooth interaction with customer from booking to delivery Make frequent outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Inform customers about new products, services, promotions, or discounts. Generate and qualify leads, converting them into sales. Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries, complaints, and issues. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales data. Follow call scripts and established procedures. Provide excellent customer service to build rapport and loyalty. Required Skills & Qualifications Skills:Excellent verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Attributes:Customer-focused, patient, resilient (handling rejection), organized, and detail-oriented. Education:High school diploma or equivalent. Experience:Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is often beneficial. Tools:Familiarity with CRM software is often required.
