Job Description -UI/UX DesignerLocation:Pune Employment Type:Full-Time Experience : 2-4 YearsJob Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces that deliver an outstanding user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative, user-friendly designs that align with our business goals and user needs.Key Responsibilities:UI/UX Design: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas. Design visually appealing user interfaces with a focus on usability and functionality. User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback. Analyse user behaviour and adapt designs to improve the user experience. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions. Ensure designs are feasible within technical constraints and meet business objectives. Front-End Implementation: Translate design concepts into functional, responsive, and interactive front-end components. Maintain consistency in UI design and implement industry best practices. Design Tools & Standards: Use design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for prototyping. Ensure adherence to branding guidelines and maintain design system consistency.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience 2-4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and development. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, Bootstrap, tailwind, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, Angular, or Vue.js). Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software. Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of UX principles and responsive design. Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and usability best practices. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-centric designs.Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of motion design and animation for web interfaces. Basic understanding of backend technologies to collaborate effectively with developers.
