The program is designed to groom future leaders by giving youend-to-end exposure to strategy, operations, growth, and cross-functional leadership. You’ll work directly with senior leaders onhigh-impact projects , solve real business challenges, and contribute to scaling the company.What You’ll Do Rotate across business verticals (Strategy, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product, People Ops, Finance). Lead mini-projects with measurable outcomes under each vertical. Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and execute GTM initiatives. Analyze business performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for decision-making. Bring in fresh perspectives and propose innovative solutions for growth and efficiency.What We’re Looking For Final year students / recent graduates fromTier-1 institutions(IIMs, ISB, XLRI, IITs, FMS, etc.).
