The role requires strong accounting knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to support audits and compliance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end invoicing processes with accuracy and timeliness Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including customer follow-ups and reconciliation Perform job closing activities and ensure correct accounting entries Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Support internal and external audits by providing required data and explanationsCandidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting(Shipping / logistics experience is a big plus) Strong understanding of invoicing, AR management, and job closing Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting / ERP software High attention to detail with strong analytical skills Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
