Our flagship product, eQMS, reflects our commitment to quality, compliance, and innovation.For more information, please visit: Responsibilities·Generate qualified leads and demo meetings for IT / SaaS solutions·Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers·Perform contact discovery using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.·Execute cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach·Qualify leads based on business need, fit, and readiness·Schedule demos and hand over qualified leads to Account Managers·Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM·Meet monthly lead and demo booking targets·Work closely with sales and marketing teamsRequired Skills & Experience·1–3 years' experience in IT / SaaS lead generation or SDR role·Proven experience booking qualified demos·Strong cold calling and outbound email skills·Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)·Comfortable working in Australia & Japan time zones·Excellent communication and research skillsPreferred·APAC market exposure (Australia, Japan, Korea)·B2B SaaS / Enterprise software background·Account-based prospecting experience
