In this role, you’ll be responsible for conducting high-volume outbound calls, drafting effective cold emails, and building meaningful relationships that lead to sales opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesCold Calling: Make 150–200 outbound calls daily to potential clients to generate appointments.Cold Emailing: Create and execute email sequences after understanding each client’s value proposition.Sales Pitching: Clearly present product information, features, and benefits to prospects.Relationship Building: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Follow-Up: Track and manage leads in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies and hit sales targets.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.QualificationsExperience: 1-2 years in lead generation, cold calling, or inside sales.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Sales Skills: Strong persuasion, objection handling, and negotiation abilities.Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Preferred SkillsProven experience in B2B sales.Familiarity with modern sales techniques and outreach strategies.
