Key Responsibilities:We are looking for a dynamic Quick Commerce Manager to lead and manage Brand presence across quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, etc.). This role will oversee day-to-day operations, partner relationships, inventory planning, catalogue optimization, and performance monitoring to drive revenue, availability, and brand visibility.● Manage end-to-end operations with quick commerce partners.● Drive strong relationships with category managers, platform reps, and operations teams.● Negotiate visibility, listings, promotions, and platform collaborations.● Ensure healthy stock levels across partner dark stores/warehouses.● Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse teams, and demand planners for timely replenishment.● Monitor fill rates, OOS percentages, and supply accuracy.● Oversee listing hygiene, pricing accuracy, content uploads, and product visibility.● Ensure assortment optimization as per platform insights and sales trends.● Coordinate for new product launches, seasonal pushes, and hero SKU management.● Track daily/weekly sales, ROAS, cancellations, and operational metrics.● Analyze platform data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.● Own revenue targets and growth roadmap for quick commerce.● Coordinate for marketing spends, platform campaigns, and monthly business plans.● Drive execution of promotional calendars and visibility assets.Good to have:● 2–5 years of experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce Operations, supply chain, or operations roles.● Experience working with platforms like Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit, or similar is preferred.● Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus● Strong understanding of quick commerce operations, inventory management, supply chain coordination & partner platforms.● Passionate about pets and love innovating.
