The role requires strong accounting knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to support audits and compliance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end invoicing processes with accuracy and timelinessManage Accounts Receivable (AR), including customer follow-ups and reconciliationPerform job closing activities and ensure correct accounting entriesMaintain accurate financial records and supporting documentationAssist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportingEnsure compliance with company policies and accounting standardsSupport internal and external audits by providing required data and explanationsCandidate Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field2–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting (Shipping / logistics experience is a big plus)Strong understanding of invoicing, AR management, and job closingProficiency in MS Excel and accounting / ERP softwareHigh attention to detail with strong analytical skillsGood communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
