Role: Head of FinanceBudget : Upto 40 LPAKey Responsibility Areas (KRAs)- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, and statutory compliance - Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business growth plans - Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) - Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial risks to ensure financial discipline - Lead and manage the budgeting and forecasting processes - Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy in finance processes - Ensure compliance with tax laws, audits, and regulatory requirements - Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment planning - Analyze financial performance and present actionable insights to leadership - Strengthen financial processes, controls, and governance frameworks - Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business objectives - Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance team - Manage investor communication and reporting - Support fundraising initiatives, including financial data preparation and due diligenceRequirements- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification - Prior experience as a Finance Controller, Finance Manager, or in a similar leadership role - Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance - Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial software - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities - Proven leadership and people management skills - High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
