You’ll be responsible for turning product ideas intoprint-ready, premium-looking boxes, sleeves, labels and insertsthat are clear, conversion-focused and aligned with our brand. What You’ll Do 1️⃣ Research & Strategy (Very Important)Studycompetitor packaging(India + international) in wellness / D2C categories. AnalyseAmazon / marketplace listingsto understand what kind of packaging stands out on thumbnails and PDPs. Understand thetarget audience, key benefits, pain points and claimsbefore starting the design. Suggestcopy direction, icon ideas and information hierarchybased on your research.2️⃣ Packaging Design & LayoutDesignboxes, sleeves, labels, stickers, inserts, thank-you cards, combo packs , etc. for multiple SKUs. Createfront, back and side panel layoutswith clear hierarchy – benefits, usage, ingredients/details, claims, certifications, icons, etc. Ensure designs areprint-readywith proper dielines, bleeds, margins, and fold marks.3️⃣ Print & Production ReadinessPrepare final artwork inCMYKwith correct resolution and export settings. Coordinate withprinters/vendorsfor proof checks, color corrections and minor adjustments. Suggest suitablefinishes and materials(matte, gloss, foiling, embossing, spot UV, etc.) based on budget and use-case.4️⃣ Brand & Visual ConsistencyMaintain aconsistent visual languageacross all product lines while giving each SKU its own identity. Work closely with the founder/marketing team to align packaging withpositioning, target audience and USPs .
