Experience: Minimum 1+ year Job Type: Full-time Shift: 8 hours + Emergency Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per month  Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat retinal diseases and disorders Perform retinal procedures such as laser therapy, intravitreal injections, and surgeries Interpret retinal imaging (OCT, fundus photography, angiography) Provide emergency retinal care when required Counsel patients regarding treatment plans and prognosis Maintain accurate medical records and follow hospital protocols Collaborate with ophthalmology and multidisciplinary teams Required Skills Expertise in retinal disease diagnosis and management Strong clinical and surgical skills Excellent hand–eye coordination Attention to detail and decision-making ability Good communication and patient counseling skills
