Summary We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Executive / Sales Representative with proven experience in industrial B2B sales and a deep understanding of the Raipur, Bhilai, and Durg markets. This role is pivotal in expanding Linde’s presence across the region by driving new business growth, cultivating long-term client relationships, and delivering customized gas and chemical solutions to industrial customers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, field-focused professional dedicated to surpassing sales targets while ensuring exceptional service delivery across key sectors such as manufacturing, steel, and industrial production.Responsibilities Execute field-based industrial sales of industrial gases and chemical products within the assigned territory Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across manufacturing plants, steel units, factories, and other industrial facilities Strengthen and grow existing client relationships through consistent engagement and tailored, value-driven solutions Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and negotiations to accelerate sales conversion Analyze customer needs and propose customized gas and chemical solutions aligned with operational demands Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals consistently Partner with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing, supply chain execution, and timely service delivery Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to refine sales strategies and maintain market positioning Requirements Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in industrial B2B sales , preferably in industrial gases, chemicals, or manufacturing-related products Demonstrated market knowledge and an established customer network in Raipur, Bhilai, and Durg (Chhattisgarh) Proven track record in new business development and client retention within a territory-based sales role Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory for client engagements and field visits Proficiency in CRM systems and experience in maintaining accurate sales and customer data Territory Raipur – Bhilai – Durg (Chhattisgarh)
