This role involves coordination, communication, process adherence, and support to ensure smooth franchise operations and consistent recruitment delivery standards.Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact between the company and franchise partners/vendors.Coordinate daily recruitment-related activities with franchise teams.Ensure franchises follow defined recruitment processes, timelines, and quality standards.Share job requirements, updates, and changes with franchise partners promptly.Track hiring progress, submissions, interviews, closures, and maintain MIS reports.Resolve operational queries and escalations from franchise partners.Support onboarding and training of new franchise partners.Coordinate documentation, agreements, compliance, and process alignment.Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure targets and SLAs are met.Share performance reports and updates with internal stakeholders and management.Assist in improving franchise engagement, productivity, and retention.Skills & Competencies Strong coordination and communication skills (verbal & written).Experience in recruitment, staffing, or vendor management preferred.Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end).Ability to manage multiple franchise partners/vendors simultaneously.Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and handle follow-ups effectively.
