Job Title:Account Delivery Head Location:Bangalore Position Type:Full-Time Job Overview:The Account Delivery Head will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to key client accounts, ensuring the successful execution of client projects, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage large, complex accounts, while ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of services to key client accounts, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Manage a team of delivery managers, project managers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations. Oversee the development of project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to mitigate potential delivery issues. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expanding business. Implement best practices for project delivery and continuously improve delivery processes, methodologies, and tools. Drive profitability and ensure that all accounts are managed effectively and efficiently. Work with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities within existing accounts, and participate in pre-sales activities as needed. Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership regarding the status and health of key accounts. Ensure that accounts are compliant with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements. Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful renewals and extensions. Manage escalations and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients or internal teams. Qualifications and Experience: 10+ years of experience in a client-facing delivery role, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects and accounts. Strong leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving both client and organisational goals. Excellent understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Exceptional client relationship management skills and the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels. Proven experience in managing P&L and driving profitability for accounts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks early in the delivery process. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Willingness to travel as needed to client locations. Preferred Skills: Experience in Banking and.or Insurance domain] (e.g., IT services, finance, healthcare). Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, etc. PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications. Strong knowledge of service delivery models, including ITIL or other frameworks.
