The incumbent will play a pivotal role in preparing students for campus placements, competitive examinations, and corporate readiness through structured aptitude and reasoning training programsKey Responsibilities • Design and deliver high-quality training sessions in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Data Interpretation. • Develop customized training modules aligned with placement requirements of leading recruiters and industry standards. • Conduct diagnostic assessments, mock tests, and performance analysis to track student progress. • Mentor and guide students on test-taking strategies, time management, and problem- solving techniques. • Collaborate with Training & Placement teams to align training schedules with recruitment cycles. • Prepare and update training content, question banks, practice exercises, and digital learning resources. • Conduct workshops, boot camps, and intensive training programs for final-year and pre- final-year students. • Maintain detailed training reports, attendance records, and performance dashboards. • Stay updated with evolving aptitude patterns of leading corporates, CAT, GMAT, GRE, banking, and government examinations. • Support institutional initiatives aimed at improving placement ratios and student career outcomes.Qualifications & Experience • Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline. • 3 to 6 years of proven experience as an Aptitude Trainer / Corporate Trainer / Placement Trainer in reputed institutes, universities, or training organizations. • Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Analytical Skills. • Experience in training students from premium institutes or working with leading corporate training partners will be highly preferred. • Excellent classroom management, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to engage large groups and deliver result-oriented training programs. • Proficiency in MS Office, online training tools, and learning management systems is desirable.What We Offer • Competitive compensation aligned with industry benchmarks. • A vibrant academic environment with opportunities for professional growth. • The opportunity to shape careers and contribute to institutional excellence. • Access to continuous learning and faculty development initiatives.
