Partnering closely with industry experts and corporates, the company delivers practical, career-focused courses designed to bridge critical skill gaps at scale.Role Overview We are looking for a seasonedFinance Controllerwith strong hands-on experience incapex-heavy, asset-intensive, operations-driven environments . This role will own end-to-end financial controllership, P&L management, financial operations, and compliance, while playing a critical role ininvestor relations.The ideal candidate is a strong operator who can balance financial rigor with business partnership, ensuring financial discipline as the organization scales.Key Responsibilities Ownend-to-end controllership , including accounting, AP/AR, taxation, audits, statutory compliance, and treasury. LeadP&L ownership , budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and variance analysis in partnership with business teams. Drivecapex and fixed asset management : planning, approvals, capitalization, depreciation, and lifecycle tracking. Act as a key point of contact forinvestors , supporting investor reporting, data requests, and financial communication. Strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and systems to support scale and compliance. Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance and accounting team.Candidate Profile 12–18+ years of progressive experience infinance controllership and business finance , preferably incapex-heavy or ops-intensive sectors . Strong hands-on experience across accounting, taxation, audits, compliance, and financial operations. Proven exposure working with investors, auditors, and regulators. Qualifications:CA mandatory ; Engineer + CA or MBA (Finance) + CA preferred. Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience managing large teams, complex budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders.
