You will manage client compliance, lead team operations, and work directly with senior management in a dynamic startup environment. Key Responsibilities Compliance:Oversee end-to-end verification for GST, TDS, Payroll, PF, ESI, and statutory requirements. Perform ledger scrutiny and reconciliations. Engagement:Lead monthly review meetings with management and conduct on-site client consultations. Accounting and Bookeeping:Checking on the accounting, bookeeping and related things for the clients that are assigned to you. Leadership:Manage and mentor team members, allocate tasks, and ensure high-quality audit delivery. Reporting:Prepare audit reports and MIS, providing actionable financial insights and analysis. What We're Looking For Qualification:Mandatory Semiiqualified - CA or CMA with 1+ year post-qualification experience in a CA firm.
