The ideal Candidate will lead multiple projects, manage client relations, and guide team to ensure excellence in every stage - from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage architectural projects fromconceptualization to completion , ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets. Develop and presentinnovative design solutionsthat integrate functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic value. Coordinate withconsultants, contractors, and cross-functional teamsto ensure design intent is maintained during execution. Provideleadership and mentorshipto junior architects and designers, encouraging a collaborative and creative work culture. Conductsite visitsto review progress and ensure accurate implementation of design details. Prepare and reviewpresentations, working drawings, and client submissionswith attention to quality and detail. Performfeasibility studiesand ensure compliance with building codes, local regulations, and sustainable practices. Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Stay updated onemerging design trends, technologies, and materialsto continually enhance design quality.Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. 7–10 yearsof professional experience with a strong portfolio of executed projects. Proven ability tolead projects & teamson large or complex developments. Proficiency inAutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite . Strong understanding ofconstruction techniques, materials, and sustainable design principles . Excellentcommunication, presentation, and leadershipskills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
