Business AnalystExperience: 10-12 years Location: PAN INDIA Notice Period: Immediate JoinerVisio, Azure Devops, MS-Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PoweBI, Power Query) SQL for data extraction & validation Dashboard/report creation (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)Job Description:• 12+ years of experience in gathering and analysing business requirements from stakeholders. • Document and map existing retail processes and workflows. • Perform data analysis to identify trends and improvement areas. • Prepare detailed business reports and presentations for management. • Collaborate with IT and business teams to design solutions. • Support the implementation and testing systems. • Monitor KPIs and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes. • Stay updated with industry developments and emerging technologies. • Experience working in Agile-Scrum development project • Experience working in ADO dashboard to update Features, tasks, efforts, etc. • Should be able to guide the ‘Team’ on domain and requirements • Highlighting issues in time, dependencies in advance. • Good communication skills
