Role Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Contact Representative to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on providing high-quality customer support and ensuring an excellent customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers Support the team in improving customer service processes and service quality Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Required QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Patient, positive, and detail-oriented attitude Prior customer service experience is an added advantage Fluency in multiple languages is a plus Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalentSalary & BenefitsCTC:₹25,000 – ₹38,000 per month Night Shift Allowance:Additional compensation for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week Perks & Facilities Complimentary meals during shifts Cab facility available between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM Temporary accommodation provided for 5 days for relocated candidates Travel tickets provided from your location to Ahmedabad Job Type Full-timeContact: HR Team – Simran 8618208176
