Renowned for combining luxury and affordability, Irish Interior prioritizes craftsmanship and detail, providing tailored interiors that stand the test of time.Project Manager – Roles & Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to final handover, ensuring completion as per approved designs, timelines, and budgets. - Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, confirm scope, and provide timely project updates. - Prepare detailed project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation for smooth workflow. - Prepare cutting lists and material requirements based on approved 2D drawings and 3D design documents. - Manage and coordinate internal teams, site engineers, designers, vendors, labourers, and contractors to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with approved specifications. - Monitor project costs, control budgets, and ensure effective utilization of materials and manpower. - Identify potential risks, resolve site-level issues proactively, and minimize project delays. - Ensure all work is executed strictly as per approved drawings, designs, and technical standards. - Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, approvals, revisions, reports, and change records. - Coordinate final inspections, close snag lists, and ensure smooth and timely project handover to the client.Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Project Manager in interior, construction, or fit-out projects. - Strong understanding of 2D drawings, 3D designs, and execution workflows. - Ability to prepare cutting lists and material requirements based on approved design documents. - Hands-on experience in coordinating site execution, vendors, contractors, and labor teams. - Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and quality standards used in interior and construction projects. - Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and client-handling skills. - Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related tools is an added advantage.
