We are hiring for Regional Marketing Manager across below locationsLocations: Coimbatore/Kochi/Chennai/Bangalore/HyderabadJob Role:- Key Expertise Required for BTL, Brand Visibility & Activation, Events, Lead Generation Drives, Reward & Recognition Events, Multiple Stake Holder Management - BTL / Lead Generation Engagements for Rural Markets across Maharashtra state: Planning Marketing Activities for lead generation for and Branch Banking Channel every month. - Tracking of Output: Tracking output of lead generation engagements done for Sales and Branch Banking Channel. - To align marketing initiatives with the overall region’s monthly business plan and execute marketing activation plan for the month for the region. - Vendor Relationship Management : To create new marketing vendors and manage the entire vendor billing and implementation of events using these vendors - Brand Visibility Initiatives: Complete visibility support - In & around Branches, Explore avenues especially Government Departments / Other Avenues especially in Urban / Semi-Urban markets for Brand Visibility. All subject to laid down norms of the organization and government bodies esp. Municipal Corporation. - Corporate Salary / NRI Banking / Privy League / Asset Products: Executing lead generation activities for the said channels to help teams generate more leads and subsequent conversions. - MIS Reporting: Monthly marketing reports to be shared on timely bases on the Marketing Jobs undertaken - Small to Mid to Large Scale Events for Existing Customers / Prospects : Design and execution of such events and results tracking - Merchandise Solutions for all HO and Regional product campaigns: Identify merchandise and respective vendors and make merchandise according to the business plan and track conversions - Managing / Planning for the New Branch Launch. Planning for Pre-Launch engagements (LG + Brand Visibility) campaign & activation. Executing the main branch launch ceremony and supporting teams post the launch as well. - Branch & ATM hygiene check visits - Creative development process All creative development to be done as per brand guidelines and all regional creative’s approvals to be taken from branding team - Rural Banking : This role requires extensive travel in remote towns where our branches are located in an around tier 2 & tier 3 cities – efforts of Marketing activations to be focused for only those set of branchesJob Requirements:- A local candidate will be preferred - Experience : 3-8 Years - Post Graduate in MBA is preferred - Preferably from BFSI - Develop and implement regional activation strategies aligned with national marketing goals for customer acquisition/retentions and Build Hyper local/Strategic Partner Alliances - Creative & communication Development - Monitor campaign KPIs and ROI; analyse performance data to refine future activations. - Prepare post-campaign reports and insights for senior leadership. - Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution. - Ensure brand consistency and compliance with corporate guidelines. - Travelling for work, shouldn’t be considered as a challenge - Marketing Experience in BTL / Events / Advertising / PR Agencies (Client Servicing) and Trade / Channel Marketing & Sales in Insurance / Banking & Financial Services - Strong Execution Skills - Self-motivated with a passion to learn and perform - Interpersonal Skills along with customer orientation - Effective vendor relationships management skills - Good analytical skills - Strong financial Analysis Skills - Strong communication (Written and Oral) - Eye For detail
