Title: Graphic Design Intern – Product & Packaging (Work from Home)Location: Remote (Work from Home)Type: Internship (Part-Time : ~2hrs/day | Minimum 2 Months)Stipend: ₹15,000/month (₹10,000 fixed + up to ₹5,000 performance incentives)You’ll work directly with the founding team and see your designs used by real consumers across marketplaces like Amazon and our own brand channels.About UsWe’re a spiritual lifestyle startup led by an IIT Roorkee ‘19 graduate. As we close our pre-seed round, we’re seeking a product & packaging design talent to help shape how our products look, feel, and get experienced by thousands of customers nationwide.ResponsibilitiesAs a Product & Packaging Design Intern, you’ll have to:• Create packaging design concepts for devotional and lifestyle products• Develop dielines, mockups, print-ready artworks, and product labels• Work on product inserts, thank-you cards, and unboxing experience elements• Translate brand identity into consistent visual language across SKUs• Design supporting digital assets such as:PostersBasic social media creativesWebsite product banners• Maintain high attention to detail for materials, typography, scale & finishWhat We Offer• Zero bureaucracy: Fast decisions, fast iterations, fast learning• Direct collaboration with founder & core team• Visibility: Your work reaches thousands of customers across marketplaces• Merit-based environment where performance is rewarded• Early opportunity to become part of the core team as we scale nationallyRequirements• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator / Figma / CorelDraw (any suitable professional tool)• Interest or experience in product, packaging, or branding design• Understanding of print basics (colors, bleed, file formats, dpi, typography)• Ability to convert design briefs into clear visual outputs• Attention to detail & aesthetic consistency• Comfortable with task-based deadlines (2 hrs/day)If you’re someone who loves designing for real physical products, enjoys packaging aesthetics, and wants to build a portfolio that actually ships to customers instead of staying in mockups — this role is made for you.
