Finished work.It starts as a prosumer product and lands inside core enterprise workflows (board reporting, finance ops, analytics).Prashant and Pavan (founders of Unbxd, ~$100M exit) are building again.The roleThis is a builder PM role with a strong growth and metrics focus.You’ll own product adoption and learning end-to-end:- What users try - What they keep using - What actually delivers valueYou’ll work closely with founders, engineering, and design to build a product people depend on.No layers. No handoffs. High ownership.What you’ll doOwn product metrics and PMF- Define and move core metrics: - Activation (first successful delivered output) - Time-to-value (data → finished model/report/deck) - Repeat usage and cohort retention - Template reuse and standardization - Track usage closely and act on what the data shows - If metrics don’t move, change the productDrive growth and adoption- Improve onboarding, activation, and core workflows - Identify friction points and remove them fast - Run experiments (feature rollouts, A/B tests, pricing or usage tests) - Partner with founders to improve pilot → paid conversionGrow a prosumer product into enterprise usage- Design for individual power users first - Scale usage across teams, permissions, and standards - Ensure outputs are good enough for board, finance, and leadership useExecute with engineering and design- Write clear PRDs and product hypotheses (not long specs) - Work closely with engineering on tradeoffs and delivery - Hold a high bar for design, clarity, and defaults - Sweat onboarding and “first output” momentsTalk to users constantly- Weekly conversations with founders, CFOs, and operators - Observe real workflows and usage - Ship improvements quickly - Remove features that don’t get usedWhat we’re looking forMust-have- 3–6 years of PM experience (startup or PMF-focused roles preferred) - Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with metrics, funnels, and cohorts - Experience driving product adoption or growth - Customer-obsessed with strong problem-solving skills - Bias toward action and shippingGood to have- Experience with B2B SaaS or data products - Prosumer or bottoms-up product experience - Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, SQL, or similar tools - Background in analytics, consulting, or engineeringWhat success looks like- Faster time-to-first-output - Clear activation and retention loops - Increasing repeat usage per account - Strong signals of product-market fit - A product that feels prosumer-simple and enterprise-readyWhy Coreworks- Direct access to founders - High ownership and real impact - Opportunity to define PMF and shape a category - Fast execution, zero bureaucracy
