The Chief of Staff will work closely with executive leadership to support strategic planning, manage special projects, and streamline organizational priorities. Daily tasks include coordinating cross-departmental activities, monitoring project outcomes, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. Additionally, the role involves analyzing data, preparing reports, overseeing administrative functions, and fostering internal communication for effective collaboration.Why this role existsWe’re an established events and experiential company entering a franchise-led growth phase, anchored by a Master Franchise with rights to launch 20 units across India.This role is not support.This role is ownership.As Chief of Staff, you’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO, acting as a force multiplier—driving strategy, execution, and alignment as we scale nationally.What you’ll ownFounder’s Office & StrategyTranslate the Founder’s vision into clear priorities, plans, and execution Drive strategic initiatives tied to franchise rollout and business scale Build CEO dashboards, reviews, and decision trackers Franchise Expansion (20 Units | Pan-India) Help operationalize the franchise model: SOPs, playbooks, governance Coordinate rollout planning with the Master Franchise Ensure brand, service quality, and operational consistency across units Cross-Functional Leadership Act as the connective tissue between Ops, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal & Franchise teams Identify execution gaps early and drive closure Establish KPIs, review cadence, and accountability Scale & Operations Design systems and processes to support rapid multi-city growth Support hiring, onboarding, and leadership enablement Bring structure without slowing momentumQualifications- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills - Experience in strategic planning, project management, and business analysis - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage relationships - Prior experience in event management, entertainment, or sports industries is a plus - Proficiency with office software tools and data management systems - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Who should applyYou’ll thrive here if you:Have 6–12 years experience in Strategy, Operations, Founder’s Office, or Program Leadership roles Have worked with multi-unit, franchise, or scalable service businesses (big plus) Think strategically but execute relentlessly Are calm, structured, and highly dependable Can influence across teams without formal authority Are comfortable with ambiguity, pace, and travel Experience in events, hospitality, retail, or consumer services is a plus—but mindset matters more than industry.Why this is a career-defining role:Build a national franchise network from scratch Work directly with the Founder on high-impact decisions Get unmatched exposure across business, operations, and leadership
