P&C Subject Matter ExpertJob Description:- Role- Senior Analyst / Lead Analyst -ADMPosition- SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST / LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST / ASSOCIATE CONSULTANTExperience- 06 to 12 YearsJob Location- Pune, Greater Noida & HyderabadCoforge is seeking a highly experienced P&C Domain Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise & strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.The P&C Domain SME will serve as the key expert for Property & Casualty insurance platforms, ensuring accurate configuration, compliance, and data mapping. This role involves creating operational playbooks, defining requirements, and guiding technical teams through platform implementation for Flood and Homeowners Lines of Business.Key ResponsibilitiesPlaybook & SOP Development- Create comprehensive playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for platform implementation. - Document core configuration features and ensure alignment with business objectives.Domain Expertise & Compliance- Leverage deep knowledge of P&C insurance, including Flood and Homeowners LoB. - Map product features to compliance requirements and regulatory standards.Technology Management- Understand data mapping and validation for platform configuration. - Able to identify validation points and work with Quality Assurance team for further grooming of validation needs - Articulate product features and functionality to technical teams. - Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure proper implementation.Requirements Management- Write clear, detailed business and functional requirements. - Enhance and refine requirements based on stakeholder feedback and evolving needs.Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong expertise in Property & Casualty insurance domain, including Flood and Homeowners LoB. - Proven experience in data mapping, compliance analysis, and regulatory alignment. - Ability to develop playbooks and SOPs for platform implementation. - Hands-on experience with data integrity practices for P&C carriers - Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical teams. - Strong analytical and documentation skills for writing and enhancing requirements. - Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and migration strategies. - Experience with insurance core platforms and configuration.Education / Qualification- BE/ B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / M.C.A / M.TECH / Any GraduatePlease share your resume at anshul.meshram@
