Founded in 2023 and based in Delhi, we at Tooused aim to make sustainable living accessible and rewarding.Your MissionYou will own the brand like it is your own startup inside our startup. From strategy to execution, you will manage marketing end-to-end and make sure our brand feels sharp, consistent, and high-impact across every touchpoint.This is not a "make posters and post on Instagram" role. This is a "build the brand, drive growth, and ship weekly" role.Key Responsibilities1) Brand & Positioning- Own the brand voice, storytelling, and positioning across all channels - Make sure every post, campaign, and piece of copy sounds like "us" - Keep our brand consistent across website, app, social, PR, and partnerships2) Content Engine (Always On)- Build and run a content calendar (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, email, WhatsApp) - Write and review content: posts, scripts, creatives, captions, landing pages - Create content hooks that stop scroll and build recall3) Campaigns & Launches- Plan and execute product launches, offers, referral pushes, and partnerships - Own campaign planning: message, creative direction, timelines, execution, performance - Run seasonal and topical campaigns with speed (festivals, trends, moments)4) Performance Marketing + Growth- Work with the performance team/agencies to scale Meta/Google campaigns - Track CAC, ROAS, retention, activation, conversions, funnel drop-offs - Improve growth metrics through experiments, not assumptions5) Community & Partnerships- Build community-led growth programs (societies, captains, ambassadors) - Coordinate marketing deliverables with partners and ensure brand fit - Run offline-to-online growth plays when needed6) Brand Excellence- Own brand guidelines: visual identity, tone, templates, design consistency - Work closely with designers to ensure premium output - Keep raising the bar on quality, clarity, and speedWhat Success Looks Like- A clean, sharp brand voice and a repeatable content system - 2-3 strong campaigns shipped end-to-end with measurable outcomes - Higher brand recall and better conversion on app/store/landing pages - Marketing execution becomes fast, predictable, and performance-drivenMust Have Skills- 3-7 years in brand marketing/consumer marketing / D2C marketing - Strong writing + storytelling (you can write, not only brief) - Campaign thinking + execution discipline - Understanding of performance marketing and funnels - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and still deliver on timeGood to Have- Experience in consumer apps, D2C, sustainability, marketplaces, or communities - Comfortable using tools like Canva/Figma briefs, Meta Ads manager basics, GA, Mixpanel - Founder mindset: you act, you own, you fixThe Kind of Person Who Will Love This Role- You want ownership, not instructions - You think in customer psychology, not just content formats - You can move fast without compromising brand quality - You are equally comfortable with creative + numbers
