This is a highly dynamic role that involves research, outreach, negotiation, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for partners.Key Responsibilities1. Brand Onboarding & Integration- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new partner brands across CashKaro and EarnKaro. - Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Marketing, Product) to ensure seamless integration of new partners. - Set up brand listings, offers, and promotions on CashKaro and EarnKaro platforms.2. Relationship Management & Performance Tracking- Act as the primary point of contact for newly onboarded brands, ensuring smooth communication. - Build strong relationships with partner brands and their affiliate teams to optimize performance. - Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics (clicks, conversions, revenue) and suggest improvements.3. Operational & Process Management- Ensure timely execution of contracts, approvals, and documentation with new partners. - Work closely with the Tech team to resolve integration or tracking issues. - Keep an updated record of all onboarding activities and partnership statuses.4. Revenue Growth & Optimization- Identify new opportunities within existing partnerships to maximize revenue and visibility. - Negotiate commission rates, payout structures, and promotional campaigns with brand partners. - Stay updated with market trends to identify high-potential brands for onboarding.Must-Have Skills1. Brand & Partner Onboarding Experience- Prior experience in onboarding brands, vendors, or partners in an affiliate, e-commerce, or digital ecosystem. - Ability to coordinate with multiple teams (internal & external) for seamless integration. - Strong understanding of how affiliate partnerships work in the e-commerce landscape.2. Stakeholder & Relationship Management- Ability to engage, communicate, and build strong relationships with partner brands. - Experience working with affiliate marketing teams, advertisers, or agencies. - Problem-solving skills to address partner concerns and improve collaboration.3.
