We are #hiring for a leading NGO!Responsibilities:- Shape multi year strategy balancing innovation and operational excellence - Chief ambassador with government, donors, media, and sector forums. - Strengthen relationships with existing donors and secure new, multi-year funding. - Lead and grow a high-performing, values-driven team and develop next-generation leaders. - Ensure interventions are impactful, evidence-based and scalable. - Work closely with the board to ensure compliance, transparency, and strong organizational health.Requirements:● 15+ years in a leadership role in the social impact sector (health, education, livelihoods)● Proven track record in fundraising and stakeholder management.● Experience in scaling programs or organizations without compromising quality.● Strategic thinker with strong operational discipline.● Comfort with technology-enabled solutions and data-driven decision-making.Send your CV to: shweta.a@
