The noon ecosystem of services now marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.noon’s mission: Ring every doorbell, every day.Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated Logistics Project Manager to join our GCC team. The ideal candidate will drive logistics projects end-to-end, optimize operations, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives across multiple locations. This role requires strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of supply chain and logistics operations.Key responsibilities:- Lead and manage logistics projects from planning to execution, ensuring on-time delivery within budget. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, warehousing, last-mile delivery, and IT to implement process improvements. - Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, cost, and customer experience. - Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for logistics initiatives. - Monitor KPIs and prepare regular progress reports for senior management. - Support the rollout of new technology, systems, or tools to improve logistics operations. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations project management, preferably in e-commerce or retail. - Strong knowledge of end-to-end logistics processes including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery. - Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. - PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
