We are hiring a Software Development Engineer (SDE 2) – Backend for a full-time hybrid role.In this position, you will design, develop, and maintain backend systems for logistics-focused platforms that handle large-scale data and real-time workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with product, frontend, and infrastructure teams to build scalable, reliable, and performance-optimized services.- Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs - Build systems optimized for high-throughput and low-latency use cases - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features - Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code - Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decisionsQualifications:- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development - Experience with Backend Web Development frameworks and technologies - Solid understanding of Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles - Ability to design and optimize scalable backend systems - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Exposure to cloud platforms and microservices architecture is a plus - Good communication and collaboration skills in a hybrid work environment
