Join our India SAP practice to lead transformative projects and shape next-gen ERP strategies.Role: Senior SAP S/4HANA Treasury Consultant (EMEA Rollouts, Global Template Expansion & Treasury Architecture)Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Treasury Consultant with deep functional and technical expertise to support the expansion of a global SAP S/4HANA 1909 common instance across multiple European countries in our SAP S/4HANA landscape.The role requires hands-on leadership across Treasury, Cash Management, and Bank Connectivity within a global template model, supporting country conversions from legacy ERP platforms to SAP S/4HANA 1909. The consultant will work closely with business Treasury stakeholders, global process owners, and technical teams to deliver compliant, scalable, and standardized Treasury solutions while managing local statutory and banking requirements.Primary Skills and ExperienceGlobal rollout & support experience- Minimum 3 SAP S/4HANA Treasury global template rollouts with country conversions, including post-go-live stabilization and production support. - Demonstrated experience delivering Treasury solutions across multiple EMEA countries including Ireland, United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Italy, Austria, Slovakia, and Luxembourg. - Proven ability to balance global template governance with country-specific banking and regulatory requirements. - Must demonstrate hands-on configuration and solution ownership across: - SAP Bank Account Management (BAM) including account lifecycle, authorization concepts, and governance. - Signatory and approval hierarchies, including segregation of duties and audit considerations. - Treasury and payment approval workflows, including multi-level and cross-border approvals. - Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) configuration and processing: - Search strings - Posting rules - Bank-specific formats - Cash Management and Liquidity Management, including: - Cash Flow Analyzer - Liquidity Forecasting - Bank balances and cash positioning - Freeform and treasury-driven payments, including exception handling and controls. - Experience with European bank connectivity models, including host-to-host, SWIFT, or multi-bank communication frameworks. - Working knowledge of ISO 20022 and SEPA payment standards in an S/4HANA context.Delivery and consulting capabilities- Lead Fit-to-Standard and gap analysis workshops specifically for Treasury and Cash Management processes. - Translate business Treasury requirements into scalable, template-aligned S/4HANA designs. - Own Treasury functional design decisions, including trade-offs between standard SAP and local deviations. - End-to-end SAP implementation experience across Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Hypercare. - Act as the Treasury subject-matter lead when coordinating with integration, security, and development teams. - Experience with:SAP Solution Manager for:- Change and transport management - Defect resolution - Experience producing: - Functional specifications - Configuration rationale - Test scenarios - End-user training materials - Knowledge in the following tools (is a plus) - HP QC (Testing / Test Management) - ServiceNow (ticketing and incident management)Personal and Professional Attributes- Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution - Advanced analytical, problem-solving, error analysis, and troubleshooting skills - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Self-sufficient, able to work with minimal supervision - Strong team collaboration skills and interpersonal effectiveness - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to interact with middle to senior-level business and technical leaders - Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements, and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment - Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment - Independent decision making; takes ownership and accountability - Strong process improvement discipline and solid drive for resultsEducation / Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent job-related experience.Why Join Donyati?Donyati offers competitive compensation packages, as well as a robust benefits package as below:Compensation- Competitive Salary - Performance Bonuses - Yearly Performance Reviews - Rewards and Recognition - Referral Bonus Plan - Spot BonusesBenefits- Health and Life Insurance: Comprehensive health coverage for employees and their families with leading service providers - Retirement Plans: PF and Gratuity - Flexible Work Arrangements: Flexible schedules and remote work optionsProfessional Development- Support ongoing learning and development through training programs, workshops, and continuous upskillingPaid Time Off (PTO)- Annual Leaves along with Public Holidays - Wellness Programs and employee wellbeing initiatives
