Job Title: Senior Account ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to manage key client accounts, drive revenue growth, and build long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing key accounts while identifying new business opportunities - Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact - Understand client requirements and propose suitable products/services - Coordinate with internal teams (sales support, operations, finance, technical) to ensure smooth execution - Conduct regular client reviews, and payment follow-ups - Prepare account performance reviews - Assist in bank reconciliation and vendor account reconciliation. - Assist in preparing and maintaining ledgers, trial balance, profit & loss account, and balance sheet. - Handle travelling expenses of employee and public transport tickets booking. - Ensure timely collections and compliance with company policies - Hands-on experience in GST compliance and return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation) - Preparation, review, and timely filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns - Reconciliation of sales, purchase, and ITC with GST portal data - Knowledge of GST invoicing, e-invoicing, and e-way bills - Handling GST notices, queries, and departmental communications - Coordination with CA/tax consultants for assessments, audits, and filingsRequired Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in finance Marketing, or a related field - 2–4+ years of experience in account management / B2B sales - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills - Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently - Good understanding of CRM tools and MS Office, Latest Tally ERP. - Result-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsPreferred Skills- Experience in B2B / Corporate / Enterprise sales - Industry experience (IT, Manufacturing, Services, FMCG, or relevant sector) - Ability to mentor or guide junior sales/account executivesKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Revenue growth from existing and new accounts - Client retention and satisfaction - Target achievement - Timely collections and account closures(Raj / HR Manager)or send me your cv hr.simbott4996@
