The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, conducting impactful research, and contributing to the vibrant academic community at BITS Law School.Focus AreasWe are currently inviting applications from candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas:- Contract Law - Civil Procedure Code (CPC). - Corporate Law - Technology Law - Entertainment Law & Sports Law - Clinical Legal Education - Administrative Law - ADRKey Responsibilities- Design and deliver comprehensive course modules, leveraging innovative teaching methods (Socratic method, case studies, and experiential learning). - Maintain an active research profile, publishing in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals - Contribute to curriculum development, student mentoring, and administrative committees.Educational Qualifications- LLM from a prestigious Indian University or Foreign University. - Must have completed PhD in Law or be currently pursuing a PhD from a reputed institution.Experience & Skills- Prior teaching experience or significant practice experience in the relevant field (Litigation, Law Firms, or Research) is highly preferred.What We Offer- Salary commensurate with experience and academic credentials, aligned with the best in the educational sector. - Generous grants for attending international conferences and professional development programs. - A collaborative, inclusive, and intellectually stimulating campus culture
