Our content is designed for a Hindi speaking audience across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, delivered through high impact vertical video formats.About Role:We are looking for a Category Lead Office to build and scale the Office category on our platform. This role will own workplace and productivity focused content across tools and skills that help users perform better at their jobs. The ideal candidate understands how professionals actually use tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace and AI at work, and can translate that into scalable short video formats through strong creators.Key Responsibilities:- Category Strategy & Planning- Own the Office category roadmap covering tools and skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides, email productivity, presentations, dashboards, workplace automation and AI tools for work. - Define content pillars, show formats and learning journeys optimized for short form vertical videos. - Identify workplace pain points and convert them into high impact, practical content ideas.- Creator Identification & Partnerships- Identify, onboard and manage creators, trainers and practitioners who specialize in office tools and workplace productivity. - Leverage existing creator relationships to accelerate content scale and consistency. - Act as the primary point of contact for creators including briefing, feedback and quality control. - Work closely with creators to brief, script, review and improve video output. - Build a strong and credible creator ecosystem for the Office category.- Content Quality & Practicality- Ensure content is practical, immediately usable and relevant to real workplace scenarios. - Maintain clarity, simplicity and accuracy across all videos. - Focus on shortcuts, workflows and outcomes rather than theory.- Performance & Optimization- Track category performance across views, watch time, retention and completion metrics. - Use data and user feedback to refine formats and double down on what works. - Continuously optimize content to drive repeat usage and daily utility.- Collaboration & Execution- Work closely with internal teams including production, product and growth. - Contribute ideas during content planning and brainstorming sessions. - Build playbooks and processes to scale the category efficiently.Skills & Qualifications:- Experience- 8 to 10 years of experience in content, edtech, skilling, productivity tools or creator led platforms. - Proven experience working with creators, trainers or educators. - Existing relationships with Office tools or productivity creators is a strong advantage.- Domain Expertise- Strong hands on understanding of Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace or similar office tools. - Ability to simplify complex workflows into easy to follow content. - Clear understanding of workplace use cases across roles and industries.- Creative & Analytical Skills- Comfort with short form video formats such as Reels or Shorts. - Data driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance dashboards.- Communication- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. - Ability to manage creators and senior stakeholders effectively.- Education:- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, commerce or equivalent practical experience.- Good to Have- Experience in skilling, edtech or professional upskilling platforms. - Exposure to AI tools for productivity and workplace automation. - Experience scaling a content category from zero to one.What we offer:- Opportunity to own a high frequency, high utility category for working professionals. - High visibility role with direct impact on user engagement and retention. - Ownership, autonomy and the chance to build a category from scratch. - Work in a fast moving, creator driven and product focused environment.
