If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.***Key aspects of the role include:- Provide accurate and timely counsel to executives on various legal topics and enforce due diligence. - Draft, solidify, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents. - Participate in evaluating risk factors regarding business decisions and operations. - Manage and oversee litigation and dispute resolution matters. - Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues. - Translation of legal documents as may be required. - Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders. - Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation.To be successful you will need to meet the following:- Only Candidates currently based in the Hyderabad, India will be considered. - Bachelor’s degree in law. An MBA is a plus. - Minimum of 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sector. Experience in corporate, manufacturing, regulatory, and IP law is highly desirable. - Experience in contract management, legal advisory, corporate governance and risk mitigation. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Hiring?
